Join us as Shannon Rosson, Regional Coordinator, Partners Resource Network, discusses methods to identify stressors and the main sources of stress, ways to combat stress and improve resiliency, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress levels.

Shannon Rosson is a Regional Coordinator for Partners Resource Network’s PATH Project. In that position, she helps parents understand their child’s disability and their parental rights and responsibilities under IDEA. She assists parents in obtaining and evaluating resources and services for their child and helps parents learn how to fully participate as a team member with professionals in planning their child’s services.
Shannon earned her degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Shannon has been married to her husband, Jason, for 20 years and has two beautiful daughters, one of which lives life with a disability label. When not working, you can find Shannon at a softball field cheering on her youngest or on the court coaching her oldest daughter’s Special Olympics volleyball and basketball teams.
