About the event

Making Connections brings community disability resources to one, easily accessed location for families and caregivers to collect information and learn about benefits and services each provide. Making Connections North Tarrant is brought to you by The IDD Council of Tarrant County and HEB, Northwest and Grapevine-Colleyville ISDs. Event is FREE!

Breakout Sessions will include:

  • Understanding the ABLE Account: Saving for your child's future
  • Life Planning Nuts and Bolts
  • Guardianship, Alternatives and the Law

This year we also welcome a special Breakout Session for students and adults with disabilities (ages 8th grade to 26 years)
