We are excited to have you participate as an Exhibitor at “Making Connections North Tarrant," a community disability resource fair for all ages. The event is intended for all ages with any disability and is FREE for the community to attend.

Making Connections North Tarrant resource fair is brought to by The IDD Council of Tarrant County, Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, Northwest ISD, and Carroll ISD.

Exhibitor / Sponsor Tickets:

• Event Sponsor/Exhibitor $100 - As an Event sponsor for the Making Connections North Tarrant Resource Fair, your organization and website/contact information will be shown on the Council website, logo and exhibitor directory description highlighted on an exclusive social media post, and the event marquees. You also receive a complimentary, prime reserve table at the event! Your support is appreciated and truly invaluable!
• Highlighted Sponsor & Exhibitor $500 - As a Highlighted sponsor for the Making Connections North Tarrant Resource Fair, your organization and website/contact information will be shown on the Council website, logo and exhibitor directory description highlighted on an exclusive social media post and listed in a one-half page ad in the Exhibitor Directories, both English and Spanish! Acknowledgements will also be listed in ISD e-mails disseminated to families, Council newsletters, posters in ISD facilities, event materials and the event marquee. You also receive a complimentary, prime reserve table at the event. Your support is truly invaluable and very much appreciated!

General information:

• Making Connections North Tarrant will run from 9 a.m. - 1p.m.; Exhibitor set-up begins at 8:00 a.m.
• The exhibitor area closes at 1 p.m. *Please do not leave early.
• Volunteers will be available to help you with set up and to assist with breakdown.
• A table and two chairs will be provided. You must bring your own tablecloth. Please let us know in your registration if you have other accommodation requests.
• Electricity is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. You must bring your own extension cord.
• The $35 registration fee can be paid by check or online. Agency Members* of the IDD Council and Presenters receive one complimentary registration. *Check your membership level plan or contact the IDD Council if unsure of your membership level or status.
• All paid registrations will be recognized in the "Exhibitor Directory" provided to attendees.

***Registrations received less than two weeks prior to the event may not be published in the Exhibitor Directory due to printing deadlines. ***

• The focus of this event is to provide information on resources, products, and services available to families and individuals with disabilities. We ask that you have information available but respectfully request that no product be sold at the event.
