About the event
The purpose of the IDD Council's Transition Committee is to develop strategies that support families and students in schools and secondary education, and to provide members the opportunity to collaborate and discover resources to share with families in the path to adulthood.
If you are a school counselor, transition specialist, parent, or advocate interested in establishing or advancing opportunities for people with disabilities after high school, join us!
