All proceeds benefit the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Council and our commitment to increasing awareness and inclusion of people with IDD.

Entry Fees

  • $100 for all meats and sides
     

  • $10 per entry into beans, salsa, appetizer, dessert
     

  • ​$25 per chili entry (sanctioned)

Attn All Cooks

  • Meat inspection held Friday night, 5-7 p.m.
     

  • Free RV spots available Friday night (no hookups)
     

  • Cooks meeting held Saturday morning, 9 a.m.

Turn-in Schedule

  • 10 a.m. - Salsa

  • 10:30 a.m. - Appetizers

  • 11:30 a.m. - Desserts

  • 12 p.m. - Beans

  • 1 p.m. - Chicken

  • 1:30 p.m. - Ribs

  • 2 p.m. - Pork Butt

  • 2:30 p.m. - Brisket

  • 3 p.m. - Chili
