April Cools' Day Host Activity Menu

We're excited to have you join us for April Cools' Day on Saturday, April 4, 2020, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

To prevent duplicate activities, we have provided a list of some popular items you may opt to provide, many at no charge. Remember, these are only ideas.  There is an option for "other" if you have a booth activity that is not listed (other activities must be approved prior to set up). 

NEW this year!  If your organization wants to host a fun carnival or arcade style game and enjoy the convenience of not having to set it up, The IDD Council will arrange to have it rented, delivered, set up and waiting for your arrival.  Games vary from $50 - $1025 for each rental.

• Participants must provide their own chairs and table, if necessary.

• Due to the arena floor, bubbles or other sticky solutions are not permitted.

• Please remember, the focus of April Cools' is a fun day for families.  While you may share information about your company or service and a banner or tablecloth with your logo is encouraged, the emphasis must be on the activity.  We respectfully request no product be sold on site.
